Welcome to the Community Care Ministry of Six Points Church. We are so glad you are here! Our goal is to care for you in all seasons of life, including the difficult times. This life will always have troubles, but we also believe there is hope thanks to the sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus! We are called to be a community that helps each other when we can, and we strive to be a community that rallies around those in need.
Every Sunday, we host Grief Share in our church. Grief Share is a national, 13-week program designed to give those who have experienced the death of a loved one the space to work through some of those difficult emotions while other people come alongside them.
