The Connections Ministry at Six Points helps people get and stay connected to our church family. We have several volunteer areas where you can serve and Connections events to help us know and support each other.
Volunteer Areas:
The Hub: Each week a team of Volunteers serves at our HUB which includes our Welcome Center and sign up area. This is where we greet visitors and help them get connected, answer questions and sign up for any events.
Greeters: Our greeters are the "first impression" as they are at the front doors to welcome people coming for worship, open the door for them and direct them to where they are going. We have a great team of outgoing greeters for you to join!
Ushers: Our ushers welcome people at the double-doors to our Sanctuary, help pass out bulletins and sometimes assist people in finding an open seat or bringing a communion cup to those who might have missed it on the way in. This great team of people is an important part of our Connections Ministry.
Coffee Team: We have a great group of people who make and serve coffee and snacks on Sunday mornings to our congregation.
Fellowship Events:
During the year we often have several fun events for the purpose of connecting our church family and supporting each other. Annual events include our Jingle & Mingle Christmas Party, going to an Indianapolis Indians Game together downtown and several meals during the year! Make sure to attend these events as they are a great way to connect with others in our church family and meet new people too!
